NATURAL INSECTICIDES BARBASCO O CUBE (Lonchocarpus nociou) Plant cultivated in the Peruvian Amazon and from which ROTENONA is extracted. It has been used for many decades as a natural insecticide. Our grandparents cultivated it 80 years ago and lost their small fortune when the DDT was discovered. The advantage of ROTENONA is that it is innocuous to hot blooded animals like humans and domestic animals. Now because of the more natural, ecological, and organic tendencies, BARBASCO or CUBE is an alternative for the integrated control of plagues.
